Single-family villa with a swimming pool. Area of 344 m2, project designed by an architecture office based in Catalonia (Spain). The villa has three floors, two of which are above ground level. It has a modern architectural design, standing out for its large spaces with double-height ceilings. Special note for the exterior coating in some areas of the façade, with irregularly-shaped, white rustic limestone, in the walls of the ground and first floors. Of equal relevance is the coating in slate of some exterior walls of the basement. Some exterior walls of the basement, as well as the interior walls and its flooring, are coated in slate. Também se destaca o revestimento da cave com as paredes e pavimentos revestidos em ardósia. The main wooden door is 6 meters high. There are also glass panes of the same height. The villa has an elevator to all three floors. The metallic interior staircase is covered in oak wood. The fireplace in the living room is 6.5 meters high and is covered in the same limestone as the façades.
